President of the Republic, Fuad Masum, stressed the need to apply the Constitution in the application of Article 140 disputed areas including Kirkuk province.

The President of the Republic stressed that “political forces assume their responsibilities in protecting the higher national interests, stressed the importance of taking into account the priority of all the territory of the country ‘s liberation from the Conception of terrorism.”
