Oil Ministry announced for extinguishing Well No. 60 in Qayyarah field south of the city of Mosul.
He said ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said in a statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it, that ” the technical and engineering teams in the North Oil and authorities chock company from the oil companies , civil defense and effort of engineering the military was able to extinguish the well 60 in Qayyarah oil field in Nineveh province . ” .
Jihad said that ” the workers in these technical and engineering teams efforts are being made in order to control and extinguish the rest of the wells , flaming and number six wells after the successful of the Ministry of Oil difference during the last period of extinguishing the fire in the 19 wells within the said field and control.”
The Daesh terrorist gangs may have set fire to oil wells in southern Mosul , Qayyarah field before the arrival of the security forces and edit the end of last year.
