ended meeting of leaders of the National Alliance blocks without reaching solutions on contentious articles in the draft 2017 budget.
According to a parliamentary source told all of Iraq [where] that ” the coalition leaders ‘ meeting ended without reaching solutions on controversial material , ” adding that “coalition meeting witnessed constant contacts with the boss Ammar al – Hakim.”
He pointed out, that ” the deputies of the oil – producing provinces have confirmed they will not give up their rights of their provinces.”
It is scheduled that the House of Representatives held a session today to complete the rest of the vote on the 2017 budget law materials.
