Jaafari calls to open new horizons for cooperation between Iraq and Russia

Foreign Minister Ibrahim al – Jaafari, to open new horizons for cooperation between Baghdad and Moscow, work and coordination between them to provide security and stability for the whole region and the world.
According to a Foreign Ministry statement received by all of Iraq [where] a copy of it on Wednesday, said that “al – Jaafari met with the Russian ambassador Elijah Murgunov in his office, on the occasion of the work of ambassador to Iraq , tasks completed, and during the meeting , review the progress of bilateral relations between the two countries in the last period, and the emphasis on the need to increase the volume of cooperation in all fields. ”
He wished Jaafari Murgunov success in the upcoming diplomatic mission, praising his efforts in strengthening the relations between Iraq and Russia through official visits and meetings of the Iraqi-Russian joint Commission exchanged
his part , Ambassador Murgunov extended his gratitude to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for his support and help in the success of the mission Russian diplomatic mission in Baghdad, stressing his country ‘s continued support for Iraq and work to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
