7-14-2016 Newshound Guru Stryker [We don’t hear about HCL much anymore is that something that you think is necessary for the RV to happen?] …no the HCL isn’t needed right now because it is covered in each years budget until a final HCL can be adopted, that’s why we don’t hear much about it anymore. Oil revenue disbursement, who pays contractors, power sharing on contracts and so on are all covered in each years budgets and are negotiated starting this time each year for the following years budgets. A permanent HCL will come in time.

7-13-2016 Intel Guru Frank26 [Guru] DELTA came…and said…they just announced to the Iraqi citizens on Iraqia television that they are introducing the 500 IQD note to…the Iraqi citizens….this is the one with the Kurdistan language on it…So what else were we looking for…more of these LD’s…then once again DELTA comes…they just announced on Iraqia television the 250 IQD note…you understand the power behind this…these are lower denoms… they are introducing the currency without the 000’s. We see things coming together…we no longer seek the liberation of two cities…we now only seek the liberation of the program rate of the Iraqi dinar…it is important that you realize that Abadi said that as soon as they got back from Eid, they were going to do the reforms very quickly…they are doing them..

7-13-2016 Intel Guru Frank26 Abadi is keeping his promise…the IMF gave Iraq certain loans already…they are now ready to give them an international loan…that is a completely different story…first remove all the restrictions on your currency then we will give you these loans…the big one…it is the big international loan that is now waiting to be given to them and it is in the billions… the IMF is pointing the finger straight to Parliament…telling them..you want these loans…finish the reforms…finish the Monetary Reform…so IMO…Iraq is removing the final restrictions on the exchange rate…because they are Article 8 compliant IMO…and we sit very quietly waiting for them to announce this to you…you see the evidence from 500 IQD notes and 250 IQD notes…and you will see more soon.

Nothing major has sprung up since the end of the holiday, but I do find it interesting that today’s Parliament session included these items: “Ninth: report and discuss the draft law on ratification the Convention on Avoidance of Double Taxation Law and exchange of information with respect to taxes on income and capital … ” “Eleventh: Report and discussion of the draft law of the government banks. (Finance Committee, Legal Committee )…” Why would we be hearing about these things if they planned to stay poor? I don’t think they would. What we really want to hear about is the HCL…
