7-4-2016 Newshound Guru Kaperoni [The whole note count thing is really confusing.] It is really very simple. Once the dinar begins to rise, the banks will hold back the larger denominations. Specifically the 10k and 25k and what little 50k were released will be destroyed. And when the timing is correct, a newer smaller note will come out such as 50 dinar, 20 dinar. etc. Since the majority of the countries money supply is larger denominations, the money supply will significantly be reduced fairly quickly. The whole process will be rather seamless, that is of course if the CBI gets its wish for stability.
