Legal expert Ayad Muhsen, Thursday, Iraq’s inability to recover stolen funds announced by US presidential candidate Donald Trump revealed, and while noting the possibility of a UN Security Council do so, he stressed the need for the Iraqi diplomatic interested in the subject and internationalize.
