The US Vice President Joe Biden ‘s visit to Iraq, was not announced in advance, and this is the first time that Biden is visiting the country since American troops withdrew in 2011.
The Biden ‘s visit, is the third – ranking visiting US official to Iraq this month after the visit of the foreign ministers of John Kerry in the April 8, and Defense Ashton Carter on the 18th of this month.
The US Vice President Joseph Biden to the capital , Baghdad, on Thursday , 28 April and met with Prime Minister Haider al – Abadi. The
two sides discussed developments in the political, security and economic situation.
