Twilight News / briefed the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi during his visit to the Integrity Commission on its actions in the fight against corruption and to prosecute corrupt.
He met Abadi, head of the Integrity Commission Hassan al-Yassiri, “and the face of the importance of further efforts to reduce the phenomenon of corruption in state institutions and the prosecution of the corrupt.” According to a government statement.
Abadi said that “the most important files that we have set in the comprehensive reforms file is the fight against corruption and the formation of the Supreme Council for the fight against corruption because of its impact on building state institutions properly.”
He continued, “We are determined to prosecute the corrupt and put them behind bars and we hope all popular events cooperate with us in this real revolution against corruption.”
He reiterated his support for judges and investigators in the corruption files, stressing the need that does not have a place to corrupt, adding that no one is immune to that was rotten from the top site in the state to the lowest site.
