This is so blatantly and yet agin corruption by Maliki. To offer senior government position bribes/financial incentives is corruption. The quicker Abadi brings him into court on charges and he is done with the better. How can he be allowed to do this and offer such paid for positions. Sade and the people need to get hold of Maliki and his crooks and sort them. It is time for Sadr and the people to fully support Abide and show it. Abadi needs to imprison Maliki once and for all and all the time Milki is around he is nothing but a threat to Iraq.
