BAGHDAD / … revealed a member of the parliamentary legal committee Hamdiya Husseini, Wednesday, that the challenge for the Council of Ministers and the general budget for the 2016 law before the publication of the newspaper law official proceedings is a legal offense.
Husseini said for “Eye Iraq News”, that “according to the law may not be a cabinet appeal materials of the general budget before ratification by the President and published newspaper official facts,” indicating that “the Council of Ministers briefed on all budget 2016 materials before the vote by Parliament.”
“The House of Representatives held a reduction of all expenditure budget in 2016,” noting that “the Council of Ministers, as was stabbed expenses, they were subject to reduction by the parliament,” stressing that “amendments to the General Budget Law of the powers of the House of Representatives exclusively.”
