Parliament warns Abadi implementation of any reforms without his consent!

Parliament approved on Monday a law banning the prime minister Haider al-Abadi implementation of any reforms without his consent.
Deputies said the council, said that the Parliament took this step after that passed Abadi unilateral reforms in August, considered by Parliament in violation of the Constitution, such as the dismissal of the Vice-President and Prime Minister and cut salaries of government employees.
