A report prepared by the links Center for Strategic Studies, from Washington to choose the prime minister Haider al-Abadi for the communication of a fifth letter addressed to President Barack Obama to the Iranian leadership on the eve of the deadline to reach an agreement on the Iranian nuclear file.
The report said the governing body in the Iranian Shura Council member Mehrdad Bdhirbah revealed a secret message from Obama in the nuclear matter, was transferred to officials in the country by an official in one of the neighboring countries. The report noted that the message conveyed by al-Abadi include reassure the US believes that the strategy for Iranians and are not reckless and look to their interests rationally, also included the message, assurances that he can rely on Obama’s policies and to rely on what he says is his because he wants to make a difference in the history of the American presidency, which could be acceptable to Iran.
