Iraqi government delegation negotiating with international banks in Turkey for the issuance of sovereign bonds global market

Shafaq News / The Iraqi Finance Ministry on Sunday announced the arrival of a government and a ministerial delegation to the Turkish city of Istanbul to discuss the final stages in the process of issuing sovereign government bonds in the global financial market.

The budget law for 2015, passed by the Iraqi Council of Representatives has authorized the government to issue sovereign government bonds by seven trillion dinars to cover the fiscal deficit in the budget.
