12-23-2014 RUMOR Guru I have to tell you this entire budget bill is now in warp drive in Iraq. I do believe they will pass this law prior to or around Christmas day 12/25…speaker of the House Jubouri has stated they will not leave this current session until it is done. After the bill has passed the House, they plan to pull the trigger on the RV, then hold their reconciliation meeting and announce to the world the New Iraq is OPEN for business. So here is the game plan in the USA as told to me by my UST contact – If the USA supports the RV, they will then begin the group exchanges on or around Friday 12/26 and continue up to New Years day Jan1st. If you have not yet gone out and purchased your bottle of champagne. 12-23-2014 Newshound Guru Kaperoni I think it is important that we all realize the true scope of this investment and the responsibilities of the CBI. That is why I often post multiple views and opinions (to the dismay of others). The truth is, stability is important and until they can prove to the IMF they can sustain that, we are in for a wait. But again, we have no control, no impact and all we can do is watch and wait. Iraq still has so much to do. Laws, laws and more laws, and they need to end a war, and they need to create stability in monetary policy. No short cuts here.
