Saleh calls to amend the Banking Act to encourage investment

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network ( IMN ) financial and economic expert called for the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, to amend the Banking Act No. 94 of 2004, in order to encourage investment and the development of the country’s economy.
Said Saleh’s ( IMN ) “It must modify paragraphs 27 and 28 of the Act, to make way for investors to establish industrial and agricultural companies revive the national economy” . He pointed out that “the Banking Act mergers between commercial and investment banking is not allowed.”
The MP said the Rafidain Bloc Imad Youkhana, earlier, that the current parliament to initiate laws to protect workers in the private sector and the preservation of their rights.
