The agency publishes all of Iraq [where] the text of the presidential decree entrusting the National Alliance candidate Haider al-Abadi to form a new government.
According to a decree signed by the President of the Republic Fuad Masum, dated 11/08/2014 and today carry No. [152]: According to the provisions of Articles [first and second] article [76] and item [VII] of Article [73] of the Constitution, decreed as Coming:
First: Assigning Dr Haider Abadi, a candidate of the National Alliance of Iraq [from a coalition of state law] to form a cabinet and assume naming members of his Cabinet within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of issuance of this decree.
Second: This Decree shall be the date of issuance and shall be published in the Official Gazette.
