The Government of the Kurdistan sold a load of crude oil extracted from the region through Turkey independently of the federal government in Baghdad.

She concluded her statement by saying that “the Kurdistan Regional Government has worked tirelessly with partners and international investors to create new paths to achieve economic growth and prosperity for the people of Kurdistan and Iraq, and the Kurdistan Regional Government is ready to be a source of reliable and stable power both to its immediate neighbors and the international markets.”
The Federal Ministry of Oil in Baghdad announced on Friday set up a lawsuit against the Ministry of Natural Resources in the Kurdistan Regional Government for its export oil without the approval of the Federal Government and the Ministry of oil through Turkey to world markets.
