The United States of America refusing to step on the Kurdistan Regional Government to pump oil to Europe via Turkey without the approval of the central government.
The Deputy Foreign Ministry spokeswoman American Marie Harff told a news conference: “should not be on the central government in Baghdad, and the territorial Government to take any step without prior agreement.” Stressed Harff “the need to return the parties to the negotiating table and dialogue with others in order to reach agreement comprehensive on the export of oil. ”
