BAGHDAD / Baghdadi News / .. confirmed the decision of Parliament Muhammad Khalidi, the continuation of the ongoing intensive dialogues between the political blocs on the federal budget for the year 2014, but ruled that read the first reading at Tuesday’s session of the lack of a quorum.
Khalidi said L / Baghdadi News / “The political blocs are still ongoing in dialogues with each other for the purpose of developing solutions to the issues in dispute,” noting that those issues “include differences with the Kurdistan region on the export of oil and the salaries of the Peshmerga, as well as disagreement about the claim in the amount allocated to the petrodollar.”
