Parliamentary Finance calling on the government to send the new Banking Act

BAGHDAD / JD / .. Demanded the parliamentary Finance Committee, the Council of Ministers to speed up the ratification of the new banking law to turn it into the House of Representatives for the purpose of discussion and voting on it.
Said committee member Rep. Dler able Agency / JD /: The Banking Act new completed long ago by the Central Bank of Iraq and was sent to the State Council for the purpose of discussion, but so far have not been converted to the parliament to read it and vote on it.
He added: Banking Act current number (94) in 2004, was tainted by a lot of mistakes and works according to banking systems old classic, pointing out that the new law carries great advantages which he can develop the Iraqi banking sector, because I model in accordance with the developments in global banks.
He called capable of: the presidency of the Council of Ministers to speed up the ratification of the Law of banks to turn to parliament to allow him to discussion and approval. / End / 8 /
