Baghdad (news) .. threatened Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, on Sunday, to cut funding from the central government to the Kurdistan region of Iraq, if sought Kurds to export oil to Turkey without Baghdad’s approval. Maliki said in an interview with ‘Reuters': This’ violation constitutional ‘would not allow him never to the Kurdistan region nor the Turkish government.
And summoned the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussain al-Shahristani, today, the Turkish charge d’affaires in Baghdad blight Gilan, and told him intercept the Iraqi government to allow the pumping of Iraqi oil from the Kurdistan region of Iraq to the Turkish port of Ceyhan for export purposes and without the consent of the Iraqi government.
