So this article IMO is very telling. This seems to be an indirect way of saying we are about to raise the value, activate the banking system and join IMF Article VIII. IMO…Activating debit cards, phone banking, with the current “weak” dinar, would not accomplish what they state.

The team has been working overtime this weekend to prepare for this rollout. The farthest date out give is to have it all done no later than September 1st (of this year…lol).

It is very obvious they are looking for a change and want to know why it hasn’t happened yet.
