8-24-2013 Newshound Guru Millionday the national meeting date to be set this week and the president is going to sign the charter as well…only took years but there it is coming. [does the national meet have to happen first?] so many said it would not happen until after the national, maybe they were right…ugh. so that is what we have — the national date on the way — maliki is signing agreements everywhere — kuwait agreements in their entirety activated this coming month and the citizens are trying to take back their safety.

8-24-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony [How come we’re not talking about RV in Iraq anymore?] I am pretty sure that I told they were paying 3 different rates on cards $.86, $1.18 and $3.44, depending on who they are government contractors, etc. They did it to calm the masses down in Iraq. They are buying stuff they were never able to buy before. [Do you think it will RV by Labor Day?] Sure hope so, I don’t see any reason why not. FALSE!

THEN WHEN IT HAPPENED WE WERE ALL WONDERING WHAT THE HECK WAS GOING ON. THERE WAS APPARENTLY SOME SORT OF BLOCK IN THE SYSTEM AND THEY HAD TO WORK THROUGH THAT…SO THERE IS YOUR GLITCH.

8-23-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Eagle1 our intel from the IMF and the UN is telling us that they want this thing finished no later than September 1. That’s the end of next week. That doesn’t mean they will wait until September 1 to implement the GCR. In fact, the evidence suggests that they will continue to work at this until every single programming parameter has been resolved. If they push this thing through over the weekend, you won’t get to do much in the way of exchange before Tuesday.

Friday is bank tabulation day for the week’s business. Monday is audit day. New business is conducted on Tuesday through Thursday when it affects the global economy. The RV is not a local event: it is global!

8-23-2013 Intel Guru Okie_Oil_Man GOOD FRIDAY AFTERNOON. AS IT NOW STANDS THE PROCESS OF PUTTING THE R/V IN EFFECT WAS AND HAS AND IS BEING TRIED SEVERAL TIMES. THERE ARE SO MUCH INVOLVED IT HAS BEEN A DAUNTING TASK. AS I NOW UNDERSTAND IT WE ARE NO LONGER DOING ANY TESTING AS IT WAS ALL SETTLED YESTERDAY. THE SYSTEM TEST YESTERDAY (NASDAQ FREEZE) WAS THE PRECURSOR WE HAVE BEEN WAITING ON AND WERE UNAWARE OF IT BEING OF NECESSITY AS AN INTEGRAL PART OF COMPLETION.

THE RATES ARE STILL VERY HIGH AND THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN SURPASSED SEVERAL TIMES LATELY WITH THE LATEST DEADLINE BEING SOONER THAN EXPECTED. LISTEN THIS AFTERNOON ON BLOOMBERG FOR A PROJECTED ANNOUNCEMENT FROM C.L.–REGARDING WHAT?-I AM UNAWARE BUT FROM HER POSITION I AM SURE IT WILL RELATE TO SOMETHING INTERNATIONAL ON THE FINANCIAL FRONT.

8-23-2013 Intel Guru TD I just got off the phone with my Goldman Sachs contact who has investigated this entire Nasdaq meltdown with various senior level officials throughout Goldman. EVERYONE was on the same page: It was a malfunction in the system. Plain & simple! …NOT ONE knew anything about global resets, or massive global currency movements including one who is Senior VP of International Monetary Policy.
