8-17-2013 Intel Guru TD As we have seen the one constant we can rely on about Iraq is that “things can change” is the essence of their being. As currency reform ALMOST got to the execution stage I was told that Accountants AND Attorneys did not find all the necessary laws related to banking and trading status as constitutional. Therefore they have asked lawmakers to modify certain parts, pass some remaining bills to uphold the structure of the economy and currency reform project.

8-17-2013 Intel Guru TD Having said that there is an ongoing tug of war going on among GOI members to either get it done sooner than later and others who have come out and voiced their favor of delaying projects. Many are now advocating delay till after Parliamentary elections come and pass. Quite some time from now. At this stage we must wait for parliament to reconvene in weeks ahead and decide which direction to go. THE REST OF AUGUST IS A WASH. Look for some more laws to be modified and passed in September as our best window of opportunity to enter again the execution phase.

Guru Critic, We will all see the “guru’s start to kick the “RV” can down the road, they will continue to give excuses or reasons that their “intell”, “sources” were stating facts but “something else came up”. We have been watching most of them do this for years now. Once they have discredited themselves and everyone knows they are full of it, they choose another “guru name” and keep up their spewing. Hence the “new Guru’s” just about every week.

Guru Critic, That statement is completely false. The CBI has stated that the “currencies will co-exist for up to 10 years”. Don’t listen to that BS. We will all have plenty of time to exchange.

8-16-2013 Newshound Guru Adam Montana [can you explain the Currency Auction that happens daily on the CBI site?] The CBI holds daily auctions in order to control the market. They are a “market maker”, and as such they control the exchange rate (or value) of the Dinar. It’s really that simple.

It is being pushed upon Iraq (not to mention, its in their constitution). To say Iraq could continue the way they are is not possible or probable because of the needs of Iraq, especially in a free market environment.

8-16-2013 Newshound Guru Kaperoni In order for the free market in Iraq to succeed, like any country, it requires participation from the global economy. This would cover banking, investment, ISX, private sector, goods, etc. So the bottom line is the banking system and the currency are becoming a key piece now to drive this home. I don’t expect the Parliament to pass the Economic Reform Bill, and not change the banking/currency. It simply would not be successful. So one way or another, Iraq will integrate..I am just hoping its soon.

8-16-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony It’s calmed down in Iraq a whole lot. They have been given a specific time frame when their cards will go international. As of today they are still on target for the time they were given. The rates today? I don’t know but they were great rates yesterday and I think they are the same today. The call centers and cash out centers are not manned but on standby…not saying that things won’t change later in the day. The system was finalized at all levels and scheduled to go at a time but don’t know what that time is.
Guru Critic, It has NOT calmed down in Iraq, read the news!!! Some 80 more Iraqi’s were killed just today with suicide bombs and IED’s. How in the hell has it calmed down? Iraqi’s are being blown up everyday.

8-16-2013 Intel Guru TNT Tony There is only one thing to do and we don’t know the exact moment when that one thing is going to happen. Do we have a time or time frame? Yes? Everybody was expecting it last night. Were they upset and frustrated this morning? Yes, but they looking for it today, today is still not over with. Will it go to September? No, I do not believe it will go to September. The 30 days to cash in is there for a reason, things happening in the world, believe it or not, it’s in place. They have expanded the number of banks & exchange places for you to get it done. I cannot tell you everything but things are looking good.

He told his family yesterday that come the first week of September they will all be very wealthy and prosperous people because of the revalue of the IQD. they responded that people are saying this week, he said no it will not happen till the first week of september and they needed to maKE PREPARATIONS TO RECEIVE THE WEALTH.
