Second, stop arbitrary arrests against the Iraqi people.
Third, stop interfering with the judiciary.
Fourth: to stay the proceedings against the non-constitutional, Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq and an end to the political dimension to the issue of Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi.
Fifth: the need to attend Iraq’s leaders to this conference and special mention of them Sayyid Muqtada al-Sadr, Mr. Hakim, and Massoud Barzani, and the other parties of the leaders of the first grade, and to be the presence of everyone on the basis of political position and not on government website in order to discuss all the files that concern to the Iraqi people.
