A senior political source revealed for fear the oil companies operating in the country of the overthrow of the government of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, pointing out that this will lead to a big mess.

The source, who declined to be named, said that oil companies operating in Iraq fears overthrow the government of Prime Minister because it would harm their interests. He said that oil companies put pressure on the U.S. administration to keep the Prime Minister until the end of his term, stressing that the U.S. administration made it a condition of the negotiations that will take place the end of the month in Arbil.

The source pointed out that U.S. companies worried about the crises that Iraq is going through, especially after the wave of demonstrations broke out in several Iraqi provinces, noting that the survival of Maliki in office is a security instrument on corporate money in Iraq, according to convey those companies.

The head of Iraq’s Kurdistan region Massoud Barzani has revealed holding an expanded meeting of the political forces in Arbil, the end of this month to resolve outstanding problems, the European Union expressed his displeasure with what is happening in Iraq, stressing that he will not be an ally with any entity outside the Constitution.
