Parliament devote himself to discuss the draft budget law

Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided to stop the vote on all laws and the meeting of parliamentary committees, and was devoted to discussion and approval of the Federal Budget Law for the year 2013.
A member of the Parliamentary Service Commission Ihsan al-Awadi, “The Presidency of the Council of Representatives issued a decision which stopped all the votes on the laws pending the completion of the ratification of the federal budget.”
The Finance Committee did not reach and the heads of political blocs to resolve points of contention in the federal budget items that went on the discussion in the House of Representatives more than a month.
Awadi added that “the Labour and services rose a letter to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives on the vote on the law and informatics and communications grant engineers,” adding that “the presidency issued a decision not to vote on any bill until the budget approval.”
Awadi said that “the resolution also included a stop meetings of special committees examine the laws pending the completion of the adoption of the budget.”
The value of the federal budget for the current year 138 trillion dinars, was calculated on the basis of (90) dollars per barrel of oil export rate of 2.9 million barrels per day.
