Foreign Affairs declares that Barzani of Kurdistan will not participate in the summit of Baghdad!

Department of Foreign Affairs announced in the government of Kurdistan, said the president of the region will not participate in the Arab Summit to be held in Baghdad in the twenty-ninth of this month.
