The statement said that “the Council of Ministers approved the establishment of the Ministry of Finance to pay costs Gasoil equipped free generators civil by the Ministry of Oil during the summer season last based on the Cabinet Decision No. [161] for the year 2012 and the amount of $ [360] billion dinars of savings financial by Article 23 of the Code of Federal budget for 2012.

The statement said that “the Council of Ministers approved a draft law the First Amendment to the Law on the Protection of Iraqi products No. [11] for the year 2010, the auditor by the State Council, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of articles [61 / item First] and [80 / item II ] of the Constitution, taking into consideration the legal department notes in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and taking the proposal [b] on Article [8] of the above-mentioned project, and the letter of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals on the name of the concerned department which industrial development and regulation.

He said, “The Council agreed to authorize the Chairman of the National Investment Agency, Mr. [Sami Raouf al-Araji] the authority to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on the encouragement and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, as amended by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article [80 / item VI of the Constitution. ”

“The Council of Ministers approved the establishment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to prepare and document authorization required behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq to the President of the National Investment Agency [Sami Raouf al-Araji] according to the contexts approved, and submitted to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the prime minister. ”

The statement continued, “was also authorized Chairman of the National Investment Agency the authority to negotiate and sign a draft agreement on the encouragement and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Republic of Portugal, as amended by the State Council, according to the provisions of Article [80 / item VI] of the Constitution and the Foreign Ministry to prepare and document the necessary authorization on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Iraq, Chairman of the National Investment Agency and in accordance with the approved contexts, and submit them to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers in order to obtain the signature of the President of the Council of Ministers. ”
