Follow-up – and babysit – The U.S. State Department announced the conclusion of Baghdad about 467 foreign arms sales deal with the United States valued at $ 12.3 billion, stressing that the military cooperation with Iraq “broad and deep.”
The spokeswoman said the U.S. State Department Victoria Nuland in comments to reporters on the signing of Iraq arms deal with Russia, “Our relationship with military backing Iraq and very extensive and very deep.”

She explained that “if ago all these things forward (arms contracts with Iraq), the value of these deals will be more than 12.3 billion dollars.”

Nuland declined to comment on the reports about the military nature of Maliki’s visit to Moscow and left all the questions in this context to the Russian authorities.
