On Sunday, the Iranian Fars News Agency revealed Washington’s conditions in its response to the proposed agreement.
The agency said that “Washington stipulated that a ceasefire in all areas be contingent upon negotiations.”
She added: Washington stipulated that not even 25 percent of Iran’s frozen assets be paid, and also stipulated that only one set of Iran’s nuclear facilities be kept operational.
She continued: She also stipulated that no compensation be paid to Iran, and that 400 kilograms of Iranian uranium be handed over to it.
