5-6-2012 Kaperoni I don’t see how they can implement any tariffs that could possible increase prices on goods with the current economic and financial condition in Iraq until after the currency changes. The Tariff plan has a tax rate of 5 to 35% depending on the item which certainly would be passed on to the consumer in some aspect. You want to see some angry Iraqis? Apply that before they have more buying power..lol.
