4-29-2012 Med THIS CRAP THAT THEY HAVE IMPLEMENTED 80% OF THE ERBIL AGREEMENT IS BS…ARTICLE 140 HAS NOT BEEN IMPLEMENTED, THE ISSUE OF KIRKUK HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED NOR HAS THE HCL, THOSE ARE THE MAJOR KURD ISSUES AND IT IS OBVIOUS TO ANYONE WHO READ THE CONSTITUTION THAT IT HAS BEEN VIOLATED ALSO THE WEALTH OF THIS COUNTRY BELONGS TO THE PEOPLE ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION AND IT IS OBVIOUS THAT ONLY A HANDFUL ARE REAPING THESE BENEFITS THE POLITICIANS AND THOSE CLOSE TO MALIKI.

4-29-2012 BWM I believe it’s all done in Iraq and once this is released you will see it there… why, because A) if they released erbil and goi, etc. what excuse would we have for NOT having an RV… B) they will not get 7 without an RV which is the UN and world’s bargaining chip. THERE IS NO in country RV… I have that on very good authority…there will be NO in country RV IMO… it will hit everywhere at once based on what I have been told.

4-29-2012 Ali In my opinion any Gov officials visiting the US are here to talk about oil, Iran, Syria and what contracts are being made by the Iraq Government. The US is trying to sway Iraq to make moves based on what they think they should be doing, just my opinion. In regards to the Development Fund, Iraq wants the support of the US, but the US wants in turn to control some of what Iraq is doing. The fund will help the country development and open up more contracts for Iraq. Remember that an investment in Iraqi Dinar is an investment in the country of Iraq. Any contracts or support of other countries for the rebuild is a positive for the country.

4-29-2012  Ali -the Central Bank is controlled by the Government of Iraq. The Central Bank feels they should be able to make monetary and financial decisions for the country without Government approval, the Government does not agree. They want to keep the Central Bank under there control. In turn, whenever the CBI makes a move, the GOI knocks it down to show there control. It is an issue that needs to be solved.

4-29-2012  Bear5642   I HAVE EMAIL AFTER EMAIL OF ALL THE WONDERFUL THINGS TAKING PLACE IN IRAQ.  I HAVE HEARD THAT THEY WERE COMPLETELY RELEASED FROM CHAPTER 7 BUT I CANNOT FIND AN ARTICLE TO BACK IT UP.  I HAVE JUST READ THAT THEY WILL SEAT THE MINISTERS TOMORROW AND IF THAT REALLY HAPPENS…WE HAVE AN OFFICIAL GOI AND THEN…I BELIEVE WE WILL BE GOING TO THE BANKS SOME TIME THIS WEEK.   NOW…THAT IS DEPENDENT THAT NOTHING MAJOR CHANGES AND THEY HONOR WHAT THEY HAVE JUST DONE SATURDAY AND TODAY.

4-29-2012 Poppy3   kuwait cannot lift chapter 7.  According the vp biden chapter 7 sanctions will automatically be lifted and full membership to the wto will not happen till they have a rv and tradeble currency…thats what they said at the un.  dr shabibi hold the raines to this cart and he is looking for the stability of iraq goi for the future and the agreement between kuwait and iraq is just one of those steps that needs to be met.

4-29-2012   Kaperoni   it appears that the alliances with Barzani, Alawi, Sadr, and Talabini are forming a coalition to make Maliki do what is right… its good to see the four biggest Iraqi figures taking charge.  we just have to wait to see how long it takes them to get this fixed…could be a week or a few months knowing how Maliki stalls…Shabs is ready now and wanted to do it a few weeks ago…when it happens, depends on the GOI.
