4-10-2013 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Another week has gone by with no RV, but no lop either so we keep hanging in there. …here is a quick summary: Maliki has decided to stop attending meetings, Parliament asked for 2 months off and it looks like they got one month off, Shabibi is still yapping about his innocence but is probably not going to ever get back into his former spot, Kuwait still wants Iraq out of Chapter 7 (but Iraq isn’t going to push too hard until there’s a good reason, like an RV), and the CBI announced that they are setting up “outlets” to sell hard currency.
4-10-2013 Newshound Guru Adam Montana Now… I know that’s a lot to absorb, so here’s a few thoughts on it: first, I LOVE the news about the CBI setting up more “outlets” – they will definitely need those outlets to handle exchanging large denominations for lower denominations in the event of a major rate change! We don’t expect Maliki to “conform” to anyone’s expectations, so his absence does not concern me in the least – in fact, I WANT him to be a bit rebellious. He needs to get his “maverick” hat on in order to make a major rate change successful and finally, the fact that Kuwait is consistently pushing for a removal of Chapter 7 lately is very comforting.

I think Maliki is trying to find a way to get rid of Turki. About two months ago we saw articles of Maliki saying he wanted to remove Turki. He did this IMHO because Turki was not taking his marching orders from Maliki. We know Maliki appointed Turki to be governor of the CBI fully expecting that he would be Maliki’s yes man.
4-10-2013 Newshound Guru Tlar I think Maliki was biding his time until Turki had been in office long enough to find a reason to go after him with his baseless accusations, in an attempt to remove him. I do like the fact that the IMF is involved and that they have come to Turki’s defense immediately. That tells me that the IMF is still there protecting the bank and are on top of the banks business. I don’t think anything will come of these accusations because the IMF is Turki’s guard dog, on location, witness to what’s going on. Of course I could be wrong.

I heard a few months ago, that Turki was worried about all of this going on. We did look at all this back then and this kaos is a result of Maliki sticking his hand in the CBI.

Further…“The crew Shabibi was still one of the best financial and economic teams.” Sounds like to me – the Parliament is getting tired of being minimized and Jerry Mandered by Maliki. This is news about and by the Parliamentary Integrity Commission.

IT IS RELATED TO INTERNATIONAL ISSUES WHICH PLACED IRAQ ON ITS CURRENT STATUS. AT THIS POINT THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ISSUES OUTSTANDING WERE DONE AND…KUWAIT IS READY TO GIVE THE BLESSING TO IRAQ BUT THE BLESSING OF THE UNSC IS NEEDED TOO. IMO THE UNSC IS JUST WAITING FOR THE FORMAL AGREEMENTS OF THE TWO COUNTRIES IN ORDER TO RELIEF IRAQ FROM CH 7 AND MOVE THEM TO CH 6.

As for the exact timing it is like trying to nail down jello. But, the real signs are bursting forth. This is a global-reset involving over 180 countries. All of the current news has been leaking out that it is about to come forth. Even the leaks from UST, WF, IMF and the BIS have given us concrete evidence it is nearly here. At this point there is no return. It is right around the corner.
