11-8-2012: Iraqi Dinar Guru guesses!!!

11-8-2012 Newshound Guru Mountainman Yet another article this morning about lifting Iraq’s Chapter 7 sanctions. The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister said that this year will mark the end of the outstanding problems with Iraq. If this isn’t a clear sign of progress, I don’t know what is. We’ve seen complete international support for their Chp7 removal (UN, Russia, US, China, Kuwait etc.). It kinda makes you wonder what could be the holdup. A tradeable currency perhaps? I wouldn’t doubt for a second that these sanctions remain held over Iraq’s head for that reason alone at this stage.

11-8-2012 Newshound Guru Mike We have the utmost confidence when the Shabinator returns he will have a very very very powerful case that he was taken out for political reasons versus monetary reasons… I have a strong feeling he is going to come back and finish what he started – I do know this if he comes back HE WILL BE THE MOST POWERFUL MAN IN IRAQ…..He will be untouchable at that point – He will have a Solid Central Bank of Iraq and he should be able to get just about anything he wants. 11-8-2012 Newshound Guru Mike You have to remember…You have things that were going on before Shabibi was there and supposedly he was dealing with it and if you look at the auctions you can see the differences in the auctions each day – certain amount of money that is no longer moving out and into banks ..so one of two things happened – the banks are deciding not to participate because they do not want to kill the economy or kill the exchange rate and/or the banks that were stealing have decided to back out. I think when Shabibi comes back and starts to defend himself we will see things… Remember IF he is NOT found guilty he will be put back in… I think when Shabibi comes back he will come back with all of his guns loaded – he always does really really well defending himself…I think the walls are starting to come down all around Maliki. 11-8-2012 Intel Guru TerryK Got a phone call from one of sources ask me to not spread this information – there is a chance our blessing could come in the next few days. The dong last night in the wee hours of the morning showed 78 cents for about an hour. Saw a letter that says they want to get back to where it was. I heard we are looking at a $2 + rate on the dong. Dong years ago was at $2.22. Shabibi is retired, he is gone, etc. M [Maliki] is trying to position himself to receive everything – bank, military, country.

11-7-2012 Newshound Guru LoriC The World Bank said that they are looking to “implement projects in Iraq and use their country as a model for attracting investments in Iraq.” I love that quote. We’ve also heard the IMF say that Iraq is a country that because of their wealth and natural resources have not been affected by the global economic crisis and will be a useful tool for rebuilding the world economy. It’s definitely taking longer than we thought it would but they also can’t risk this project falling apart either. It’s not just about the initial RV, which of course Iraq could justify. It’s also about maintaining that level. I think this was part of a ten year plan from the beginning and that’s where we are at. So, go RV!!

11-7-2012 Newshound Guru Bondlady so does maliki want a rv? or to make the dinar strong? does he? look at what he’s tried to do and what he has done to bring iraq to this point and [in?] time, he has tried to give the people a better life. i believe he does want a rv and it will finish off his history making him the golden child in history, the golden boy who brought them out of war and gave them a life…so yeah again i think he does want a rv, ri ,whatever, a float i dunno, but i believe were at the door of it so hang in there.
