Rational “ignites” competition … a “boom” in interest rates on fixed deposits

Al-Rasheed Bank announced, on Tuesday, that it will grant 7% interest for fixed deposits.
The media office of the bank said in a statement that “the specified period for these deposits is two and a half years.”
He added, “Individual citizens, companies, associations and other sectors can open the aforementioned deposit accounts and obtain interest at our bank branches spread in the governorates of Iraq.”
