Erbil (IraqiNews.com) On Thursday, the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon indicated, after a meeting with the President of the Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani in Erbil, the need to resolve the problems between Baghdad and Erbil, and the creation of a true partnership, calling on Iraqi leaders to solve problems according to the Constitution, while Barzani considered Ki-moon’s visit to Iraq as a chance for all Iraqi parties to resolve their problems.
