The former member of Parliament, Jassem Al-Bayati, set today, Wednesday, the date for the dismissal of Muhammad Al-Halbousi, from the presidency of the House of Representatives, while he considered the process of passing the 2023 budget project “difficult.”
Al-Bayati said in an interview with the information agency, “The process of passing the federal budget bill for the next three years will not be easy and will face difficulties,” adding, “Despite all the political pressures, it will pass in any case.”
He added, “The dismissal of Muhammad al-Halbousi from the presidency of the House of Representatives will take place after voting on the financial budget inside the parliament dome,” pointing out that “there is a real movement within the Sunni house to change it.”
The former deputy explained, “The pressures of the Kurds and Sunnis have begun to become clear in order to obtain gains for each party in the budget,” noting that “competition to obtain gains by political forces and representatives must come out of the circle of betting and arm-wrestling.”
The spokesman for the Arab clans in Nineveh, Muzahim Al-Hwit, had confirmed, earlier, that Al-Halbousi will be dismissed soon and the most likely candidate for the position is Khaled Al-Obaidi, stressing that the Taqaddam Party is trying to impose dictatorship on the citizens of Anbar.
