The leader of the Alliance of Resilience, Mishaan al-Jubouri, expressed, on Friday, his concern about what he called the treachery of the head of the Alliance of Progress, Muhammad al-Halbousi, indicating that the dagger will be the head of an alliance with “determination, we advance.”
Al-Jubouri said in a televised statement, “Al-Halbousi wants a mandate from the component to take over the presidency of Parliament, and I am still worried about Al-Halbousi and I am afraid of treachery and targeting.”
He added, “There are efforts to prevent the agreement between al-Halbousi and al-Khanjar in response to ‘wills’, and we have authorized al-Khanjar to work under one banner with progress.”
He pointed out that “Al-Khanjar will be the head of an alliance with “The Resolve We Advance” after Al-Halbousi’s students took that from him, while the latter is trying to obtain the presidency of Parliament.”
