Announced that the presidency of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, Wednesday, expressed support for the movements of the Sadrist movement leader Muqtada al-Sadr, the recent change to the electoral commission, noting that al-Sadr seeks to “amputation of the hand of” Vice President Nuri al-Maliki and his aides.

Hussein said that “Muqtada al-Sadr, wanted the amputation of the hand of al-Maliki and his aides from now by changing the Electoral Commission, this is not just him, but the Kurdistan Democratic Party, the strongest political party in the Kurdistan Region, bless these attempts by al-Sadr.”
