The leader in the coordination framework, Jamal Hassan, confirmed, on Thursday, that the resolution of the names of the candidates for the security ministries in the government of Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani will take place within 48 hours.
Hassan said in a statement to “Al-Maalouma”, that “several names were nominated to occupy the positions of the security ministries in the Sudanese booth, and the latter is the one who has the decision to choose in the end,” noting that “the decision of the names may take place within less than 48 hours, and thus they are ready for submission within next Saturday session.
He pointed out that “there is an agreement between all forces on the independence of the security ministries and keeping them away from the political fray,” stressing that “the ministerial cabinet is almost complete at the present time and will be ready for next Saturday’s session.”
And the leader in the state of law, Jassem Muhammad Jaafar, revealed in a previous statement to “The Information”, that political forces set requirements regarding the process of forming the government and distributing ministries, and it is likely that the voting session on the government will not take place even during the next week.
