The Governor of Raed Salah al-Din al-Jubouri, Saturday, refusing any project that aims to divide the country and the establishment of the regions, as pointed to the approval of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi to meet all the demands of the province, denied the existence of any American soldier at the base of Speicher.
