Japanese newspaper revealed that Tokyo for Iraq offered a loan of one billion and 24 million dollars.
The Nikkei newspaper reported that the Japanese “Tokyo had offered a loan to the Iraqi government, worth $ 1.24 billion, in order to build a marina, a new oil refinery.”
The newspaper pointed out that “Japan would lend Iraq at the outset about $ 861 million, to build a refinery to extract natural gas liquids in the Rumaila oil field in Basra province.”
