Iraqs oil exports to America rose to 141000 barrels within a week{Economic: Al Furat News} The US Energy Information Administration announced today, Saturday, that Iraqi oil exports to America have risen to 141 thousand barrels during the past week.

The administration said in a report that “the average US imports of crude oil during the past week from 6 countries amounted to 4 million and 734 thousand barrels per day, down by 440 thousand barrels per day from the previous week, which amounted to 5 million and 147 thousand barrels.”

And she added, “America imported crude oil from Iraq at a rate of 141 thousand barrels per day, up from the previous week, which amounted to 68 thousand barrels per day.”

She pointed out that “most of America’s oil imports during the past week came from Canada at a rate of 3.635 million barrels per day, followed by Mexico, whose imports amounted to 362 thousand barrels per day, followed by Colombia, from which imports amounted to 286 thousand barrels per day.”

According to the administration, “the amount of American imports of crude oil from Saudi Arabia amounted to 251 thousand barrels per day and from Ecuador amounted to 59 thousand barrels per day.”
