They want it sat before Monday so they can address the exchange rate on Monday. So all their leadership is coming together in one place so they can change their exchange rate. So there is absolutely things happening.

But, the fact is the FM (GOI) is about the legality of the finance side of reforms and the CBI has the exchange rate side of things. It is the CBI that will change the rate. The FM will have the laws in place for the implementation of that rate once issued.

If you buy it off a legitimate currency exchange they’re going to guarantee it so that’s something to think about…security features…on the dinar that you could look for – there’s a watermark mark that has a horse head. If you hold I up [to the light] there should be horse head. If you use an ultraviolet light…it will glow the denomination’s value. You have a color changing symbol. There are all kinds of things you could look on the dinar to make sure that it’s legitimate…

3-12-2022 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] I am still hearing positive things… In Iraq the Political Elites are meeting today to move forward and to seat that government…they have agreed to sit down and pound this out today no matter what. …also an article talking about the value of the dinar being a point of contention with which sides are trying to score political points. They are going to host the finance minister to address the exchange rate… On March 14th they are also going to host the Governor of the central Bank of Iraq to work through this…there is also a lawsuit to force them to do what they are supposed to do which is increase the value of the dinar…

3-12-2022 Intel Guru Bruce [via WiserNow] We are hearing that this is supposed to be the weekend of all weekends – We’re hearing that the golden gates are to be flung open this weekend…we’ve got 5 different sources weighing in on this – and couple of them are in agreement that it’s very possible that our notifications could come out as early as Saturday or Sunday…However…the lead bank is saying notifications to us – they’re hearing from a call they were on today – notifications Monday – exchanges starting Tuesday…I am sorry if it’s a little vague – but that is what I’m getting…Let’s see what happens.

3-11-2022 Intel Guru MarkZ [via PDK] …in Iraq today the conversations are about seating the government on Monday and a reinstatement of the rate… So everything still appears to be moving forward…I am being told the NEER (Nominal Effective Exchange Rate) rate is for in country. ($1-$1.50) and is still in the works…so that is great news for us. It may be forcing the culmination of this event.

He pushes buttons once he’s told what to do…the governor pulls the trigger when he is told to…in control but not the authority of the actions of the CBI. When the governor of the CBI speaks it’s with the knowing and the permission and the authority of the board of directors of the CBI…this thing is on course like a guided missile.
