He gave the green light to start the project to delete the zeros over the year ago. Well before that they they pull the 50s off the street. Ask yourself why would a worthless note need to be pulled. Because of the new 50 that they were planning on release IMO. THen they were white listed. There are so many bread crumbs that all point to the same thing.
