The MP of the Alliance of Forces Faisal al-Issawi, that Iraq is losing 40 trillion dinars annually because of two ministries, stressing the coalition’s support for ministerial change provided that it does not offer partial solutions non-reform.
Al-Issawi said in a televised speech that the coalition of forces will not accept the formula of granting independents 50% of the seats in the election law presented in parliament equally with political forces, adding that we with the option of religious authority to be more representative of the law of the people to change real.
He added: We will support the ministerial change provided that it does not offer partial non-reform solutions to solve half of the problem, and not be an escape from the problems of the country.
He pointed out that the Parliament received a request from the Prime Minister to accept the change of ministers of industry, communications, immigration and the displaced and now being talked about the request to change 10 ministers.
He stressed that the number of interrogations submitted to the parliament related to the ministers of industry, agriculture, telecommunications, electricity and finance and two related to the prime minister and questioning is not intended to dismiss the interrogator.
Al-Issawi revealed the submission of a study to the Prime Minister did not respond so far, confirms the loss of 20 trillion dinars per year in the Ministry of Oil due to mismanagement in the file of oil refining and lose one million barrels per day, which makes us import up to 3 times the real cost.
He pointed out that there is a waste in the Ministry of Oil related to the work of refineries and the sale of refined oil to the derivatives after liquidation of the street, without the return of crude oil money to the state on the grounds that it is subsidized, noting that Iraq is losing $ 20 trillion annually in the Ministry of Electricity because of the issue of the absence of levy and import fuel Stations from abroad, indicating that the two files make Iraq approximately 35 billion dollars annually.
