Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi commented, on Saturday (6 June 2020), after Parliament voted to complete the cabinet.

Al-Kazemi said in a tweet to him on his Twitter account, ” Completing the ministerial cabinet with the House of Representatives voting on the names we presented is an additional motive for implementing the ministerial platform, fulfilling the stage entitlements and abiding by our promises before our people who await actions, not words.”

He added, “I thank the House of Representatives for renewing confidence in the government, a new project line that we take firmly and consistently.”

The House of Representatives voted on Ihsan Abdul Jabbar Ismail, Minister of Oil, Fuad Muhammad Hussein Bakki, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ivan Faik Ya`qub Jaber, Minister of Immigration and Displacement, Muhammad Karim Jasim Salih, Minister of Agriculture, Alaa Ahmed Hassan Obaid, Minister of Trade, Salar Abdul Sattar Muhammad Hussain, Minister of Justice, and Hassan Nazim Abdul Hammadi, Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, before taking the oath.

After that, the House of Representatives voted to authorize the Prime Minister to create a state ministry to be its minister for the Turkmen component in order to encourage components and participate in state building.
