The leader of the Al-Fatah Alliance, Aed Al-Hilali, confirmed today, Sunday, that some partners do not want to remove American forces from Iraq.
Al-Hilali told Al-Ma’louma Agency, “American forces are still moving suspiciously in various regions of Iraq, especially in the northern and western regions of the country.”
He added, “The recent American movements on the Iraqi-Syrian border are cause for concern, in light of the presence of remnants of the terrorist organization ISIS.”
Al-Hilali pointed out that “some political forces do not want to remove these forces at all,” pointing out that “these parties benefit from the presence of American forces and receive huge privileges from their presence.”
Popular, political and tribal demands are increasing for the necessity of removing foreign forces, led by the American forces, from Iraq as soon as possible, warning at the same time of a dangerous escalation if their crimes against the security services and their violation of the country’s sovereignty continue.
Most of the Iraqi political forces issued their support for the Prime Minister regarding the steps to remove American forces from Iraq after a series of attacks against the Iraqi security forces.
